01Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Agreement govern your use of this website, the fleet application, the fleet readiness assessment and the client portal (together, the "Services"), operated by Bluesky Ventures Corporation ("Bluesky", "we"). By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

02Applications are not offers

Submitting an application does not create a lease, financing agreement or obligation for either party. Any lease, vehicle supply, charging, transportation or management service is provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Approval depends on our review of eligibility, credit, insurance, vehicle availability and program requirements.

03Accuracy of information

You agree that the information you provide, including business details, TIN / EIN, DOT registration and fleet information, is accurate and complete, and that you will keep it current. You authorize us to verify it and to share it with lessors, financing partners and grant or incentive program administrators as described in our Privacy Policy.

04Grants and incentives

We identify grants and incentives your fleet may qualify for and help you apply. Eligibility, amounts and timing are set by the program administrators, not by Bluesky, and are not guaranteed.

05Assessments and estimates

The fleet readiness assessment, cost estimates and other information on this website are general guidance for planning only. They are not financial, legal, tax or engineering advice and do not guarantee results.

06Client portal accounts

Keep your portal login confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Documents you upload, such as your certificate of insurance, must be genuine and current.

07Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful use, false submissions, attempts to access other accounts or systems, interference with the website, or automated scraping.

08Intellectual property

The website, its content and the Bluesky name and marks belong to Bluesky Ventures Corporation or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation; any other use needs our written permission.

09Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluesky disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10Changes and termination

We may update the Services or these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend portal access that breaches these terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
