Bluesky Ventures Corporation ("Bluesky", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, the application form and the client portal, and how we use it. Use of our website and services is also governed by our Terms of agreement.
Information we collect
When you apply for fleet leasing, take the fleet assessment or contact us, we collect what you give us: business and contact names, phone, email, business and station addresses, Business TIN / EIN, DOT registration details, anticipated fleet size, projected revenue range and timing.
Through the client portal we may also collect documents you upload, such as a certificate of insurance.
Like most websites, we automatically receive basic technical data (browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP address) and use cookies as described below.
How we use it
To review your application, assess eligibility for leasing programs, grants and incentives, and follow up with you.
To set up and operate your client portal account and deliver the services you request.
To verify business identity and tax status. Your Business TIN / EIN is used only for verification, credit review and program applications made on your behalf.
To improve the website and meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with parties that help us deliver services to you, such as lessors, financing partners, grant and incentive program administrators, and service providers that host our systems. Each is bound to use it only for that purpose.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
How we protect it
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to staff and partners who need it. Sensitive identifiers such as TIN / EIN are stored encrypted.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
